About The Role
Remedy Skintech, Inc. is looking for a Senior Multimedia Producer who can lead video production projects from concept development and shoot execution through post-production, while collaborating closely with marketing, creative strategy, and multimedia teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handles moderate to complex creative executions and cross-platform applications
- Collaborates with the Creative Lead in the organization and execution of MMA shoot scheduling to ensure timely and efficient production workflows.
- Oversees the full cycle of multimedia projects, from storyboarding and brainstorming to execution, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication with the Creative Strategy Managers and Lead.
- Supports in leading and execution of video production projects from pre-production to post-production.
- Mentors and guides team members in on-set production techniques and workflow optimization.
- Proactively suggests techniques to the team to enhance team efficiency and delegation during campaign shoots and regular video production.
- Leads the production of multimedia projects, including storyboarding, brainstorming, and concept development.
- Ensures on-set art direction quality: hair, clothing, background, and set elements are tidy, consistent, and aligned with the creative vision.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration, and communicate progress and provides updates to both the Creative Strategy Manager and Lead.
- Leads the creation of multimedia content for various platforms, with a strong focus on supporting the brand's ad strategy and social media.
- Provides technical guidance on multimedia tools, software, and platforms to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Ensures all multimedia outputs meet branding guidelines and uphold high creative and technical standards.
- Provides support in mentoring the multimedia team, offering constructive feedback and direction to foster growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends such as AI integration, analyse competitor activities, and introduce innovative techniques to continuously elevate multimedia output.
- Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
- Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of AB Film, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, or similar courses
- At least 2 years of Multimedia/Creative work experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Frame[.]io, and AI Integration
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Strong visual and creative design skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest multimedia and content trends
