Role Description

The Sr. Merchandising Manager will lead the planning, sourcing, and execution of merchandise strategies to meet customer demand and achieve company goals. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory levels, selecting product assortments, analyzing sales performance, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to foster relationships with suppliers, employees, and customers
• Proven ability in Sales to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
• Experience with Inventory Management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
• Proficiency in Assortment planning to curate and maintain an appealing product mix
• Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive team performance
• Knowledge of retail trends and customer preferences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail management roles is highly advantageous
