- College Graduate, BS Industrial Engineering an advantage
- With at least 8 yrs experience in Materials Planning preferable in electronics company
- Knowledgeable with inventory control, inventory limit and material inventory turnover
- Keen to details; with good analytical and critical thinking
- Knowledgeable in conducting material WIP counting and can generate report
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Advance Knowledge in MS Office
- Good People Handling Skills
Key Responsibilities And Functions
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervises, mentors, and trains material planners to ensure accurate and timely raw material ordering.
- Material Planning & Scheduling: Develops and implements material plans (MRP) based on production schedules and demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Inventory Control: Oversees inventory accuracy, including tracking, auditing, and managing inventory levels to minimize holding costs while avoiding shortages.
- Process Improvement: Develops and refines processes, workflows, and procedures within the materials planning department.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborates with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Warehouse department to align material requirements with overall business goals.
- Problem Resolution: Resolves complex supply chain issues and escalated operational problems.
