Job Description

The Sr. Manager for Revenue Growth owns the company's revenue outcomes across net new enterprise sales, customer success and retention, and revenue-driven marketing. This role is accountable for building and executing a predictable revenue engine that grows new business, retains and expands existing customers, and ensures marketing directly supports sales outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a revenue operator who can both set strategy and close deals. Success is measured in revenue, retention, and forecast accuracy, not activity.

The role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with Service Delivery, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience leading revenue growth in a B2B or enterprise services environment
  • Strong track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Experience overseeing sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence
  • Comfortable working in growth-stage or founder-led organizations

Responsibilities

1. Net New and Enterprise Sales

  • Own net new revenue targets, with a focus on enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Build and execute the enterprise sales strategy from pipeline creation to close
  • Personally drive and close high-value, complex deals
  • Establish disciplined sales processes, qualification standards, and deal governance
  • Ensure pipeline quality, velocity, and forecast accuracy
  • Lead and coach the sales team to deliver consistent performance

2. Customer Success and Revenue Expansion

  • Own customer retention, renewals, and net revenue retention outcomes
  • Design and lead customer success strategies that drive renewals and upsell
  • Partner with Service Delivery to ensure strong customer outcomes and renewal readiness
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Put structure around renewal forecasting and customer health tracking

3. Marketing for Revenue Impact

  • Own marketing strategy with a direct link to revenue contribution
  • Ensure marketing generates qualified pipeline aligned with enterprise sales priorities
  • Oversee positioning, messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership
  • Align marketing plans with target industries, key accounts, and sales motions
  • Eliminate vanity metrics in favor of pipeline and revenue impact

4. Revenue Leadership and Execution

  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Establish operating rhythm, reporting cadence, and performance discipline
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to remove silos and handoff failures
  • Provide clear, data-driven reporting to the CEO and executive team
  • Continuously improve systems, processes, and execution rigor

Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
