Job Summary:
The Senior Manager for Infrastructure & Facilities is responsible for overseeing the overall management, maintenance, and optimization of site infrastructure and facilities operations within a BPO environment. This role ensures that all physical assets, utilities, and workplace services are operating efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business continuity requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilities Management
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including housekeeping, security, and building maintenance
Ensure all facilities are compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage vendor performance and service level agreements (SLAs)
2. Infrastructure Management
Ensure reliability and uptime of critical infrastructure including power systems, HVAC, and backup systems
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Oversee office expansions, renovations, and workspace optimization initiatives
3. Business Continuity & Risk Management
Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure readiness for emergencies
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and company policies
4. Budget & Cost Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets for facilities and infrastructure
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, HR) for site requirements
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
Ensure timely delivery of projects and services
6. Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop facilities and infrastructure teams
Set performance goals and drive accountability
Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
