Job Description

Lead large-scale IT and business transformation programs supporting global manufacturing operations.
Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish program governance, PMO processes, project roadmaps, budgets, and executive reporting.
Partner with business, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to align technology strategies with operational goals.
Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful project execution.
Champion Industry 4.0 initiatives, including smart manufacturing, automation, analytics, and digital factory programs.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience in ERP implementations, PMO leadership, or manufacturing operations within a high-tech or discrete manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, business processes, and enterprise technology landscapes.
Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs.
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs with global stakeholders.
Experience supporting Industry 4.0, digital transformation, smart factory, or manufacturing modernization initiatives.
Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are advantageous.
