About the Role
As a Senior IT Operations Analyst, you will be a key leader in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise to manage our systems, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across our on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, leading incident response to meet and exceed SLAs.
- Analyze system performance and operational data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline repetitive tasks and improve system reliability.
- Lead and execute key IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, technology rollouts, and process improvements.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain the health and performance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Design and enforce IT security protocols, including data backup, disaster recovery, and access control measures, to protect company assets.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing both on-premise and cloud (AWS preferred) infrastructure.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, IT security best practices, and data protection principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
