Role Description The Sr. IT Infrastructure Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's core IT infrastructure across multiple healthcare facilities. This role involves administering networks and servers, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of critical systems that support hospital operations. The specialist will handle advanced technical support, diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and connectivity issues, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for upgrades and incident resolution. Day-to-day tasks include implementing security best practices, managing network and security devices, documenting configurations and procedures, and participating in infrastructure projects such as deployments, migrations, and capacity planning. The role also supports compliance with healthcare IT standards and contributes to continuous improvement of infrastructure services.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security for managing, securing, and optimizing enterprise networks.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve complex infrastructure issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Candidates should possess broad Information Technology knowledge to oversee servers, storage, cloud or virtualization platforms, and related systems.
- Relevant experience with hospital or healthcare IT environments, including high-availability systems and data privacy regulations, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with enterprise operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), firewalls, switches, routers, and monitoring tools.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or similar credentials are an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams on-site.
