Our Global Diabetes Capability Center is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed's Diabetes business. The analyst develops insights, identifies risks and opportunities, recommends inventory strategies, and supports the governance processes that improve inventory health across the organization.
The Senior Inventory Analyst is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for driving inventory performance through advanced analytics, actionable insights, and data-driven decision making. This role partners across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams to identify inventory improvement opportunities, optimize working capital, and improve service performance across the global supply chain.
Success in this role requires transforming complex data into meaningful business insights, developing executive-level dashboards and performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities before they impact the business, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to execute sustainable inventory improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics that provide visibility into inventory health, working capital, service performance, excess inventory, aging inventory, and inventory optimization opportunities.
- Analyze complex inventory trends and business performance to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations that improve inventory efficiency and customer service.
- Lead inventory optimization initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce excess and obsolete inventory, improve inventory turns, optimize days of inventory, and strengthen overall inventory health.
- Establish inventory governance processes, performance standards, and KPI reporting to drive accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Translate data into executive-ready insights by developing compelling business cases, presentations, and recommendations that influence strategic decisions and organizational priorities.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, and Regional Operations to align inventory strategies, resolve complex business challenges, and deliver measurable business results.
- Design, automate, and continuously enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models that improve decision-making efficiency and increase organizational visibility.
- Monitor inventory performance against business objectives, proactively identifying emerging risks and recommending corrective actions before financial or service impacts occur.
- Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics, automation, and best practices to simplify processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance organizational capability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision making by sharing insights, educating stakeholders, and influencing positive business outcomes across the enterprise

Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R.
- 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
