Partner directly with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learner needs, business goals, skill gaps, and desired performance outcomes
Independently drive discovery conversations, gather the information needed to build effective learning solutions, and challenge assumptions to recommend the right enablement approach
Translate complex processes, tools, and business concepts into engaging, learner centered experiences that support behavior change, application in the flow of work, and measurable readiness outcomes
Design and develop scalable learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, facilitator-led sessions, job aids, assessments, workflow-based learning, and blended enablement solutions
Collaborate with Program Managers, Learning Operations, and Technology Enablement to align learning solutions with business goals, delivery needs, AI-enabled tools, automation opportunities, and learner experience standards
Facilitate onboarding or enablement sessions when live delivery supports learner engagement or business outcomes
Gather learner feedback, engagement insights, and performance data to continuously improve learning effectiveness and scalability
Independently manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with strong ownership, proactive communication, sound judgement and consistent follow-through with appropriate urgency for a fast-paced environment
Stay current on instructional design trends, learning technologies, AI-enabled workflows, and best practices to continuously evolve enablement approaches
Complete administrative responsibilities, project updates, and required communications accurately and on time
Perform other duties as assigned to support Dayforce goals and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in instructional design, enablement, learning development, or a similar role in corporate or professional services environment
Strong instructional design capability with experience translating complex business concepts into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, workflow-based support, job aids, and blended learning solutions
Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar tools
Strong consultative, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and work effectively across teams and levels of the organization
Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and independently drive work forward to meet deadlines
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and the ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and recommend practical, scalable solutions
Comfort navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, adapting to evolving priorities, and escalating risks appropriately
