Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Site Lead

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Site Lead to oversee IT infrastructure operations, ensure system reliability, and lead on-site technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in server, network, cloud, and data center operations, coupled with leadership experience in managing infrastructure support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day infrastructure operations and support activities.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and networks.
- Oversee servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, and cloud environments.
- Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, and change implementation.
- Act as the primary on-site escalation point for technical and operational issues.
- Drive infrastructure projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and networking.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Hands-on experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Infrastructure certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure, AWS) are a plus.
