Job Responsibilities
Option 1 Manual Access Provisioning + SailPoint
- Perform manual provisioning/deprovisioning across onprem, cloud, AD, and thirdparty apps.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with IAM standards.
- Conduct KT sessions and update documentation.
- Assist in onboarding applications to SailPoint (connectors, attributes, workflows).
- Support rule and workflow updates, certifications, and troubleshooting provisioning issues.
Option 2 Manual Access Provisioning + PAM (CyberArk/Delinea)
- Handle manual access provisioning across cloud/onprem environments.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure IAM compliance.
- Support onboarding of systems and privileged accounts into CyberArk/Delinea.
- Configure password rotation, session policies, and PAM workflows.
- Troubleshoot vault, connectors, and session manager issues.
Option 3 Manual Access Provisioning + SIEM/SOC Awareness
- Execute manual provisioning/deprovisioning across all environments.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure alignment with security standards.
- Provide access logs and privileged activity data for SOC monitoring.
- Support SIEM correlation rules related to IAM/PAM events.
Option 4 Manual Access Provisioning + Threat & Vulnerability Management
- Perform manual provisioning/deprovisioning across systems and apps.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Work with TVM teams to resolve accessrelated vulnerabilities (e.g., orphan/stale accounts, excessive privileges).
- Support privilege reviews and risk assessments.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Information Security with a focus on IAM.
- Hands-on experience in manual provisioning and strong understanding of IAM fundamentals
- Exposure to SailPoint IIQ/IDN development, CyberArk, and/or Delinea platforms.
- Knowledge of SIEM/SOC workflows and IAM-related detection use cases.
- Understanding of threat and vulnerability management concepts.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
