Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
With three (3) or five (5) years working experience as Industrial Engineer
Knowledge in manufacturing set-up
Computer Literate
Knowledge of production processes, costs, quality control, raw materials and other methods for maximizing the efficient manufacture and distribution of goods.
Willing to start immediately
Willing to work in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela
Duties And Responsibilities
Maintains and evaluates manufacturing manpower standard requirements
Assist in production planning through manpower allocation
Maintains and analyzes production standard and capacity
Provides assistance to the Plant Manager on new projects and reports
Conducts monthly review of time and motion study analysis of production task related activities
Designs control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
