A fast-growing eCommerce enabler operating across Southeast Asia's biggest marketplaces is looking for a Sr. HRBP to own talent management, learning & development, and organizational development across a high-growth, values-driven organization.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-end performance management — from 30/60/90-day check-ins through annual reviews, succession planning, and talent decisions
  • Learning & development programs that drive measurable skill growth across the organization
  • Organizational design — job descriptions, proficiency frameworks, and career pathing structures for critical roles
  • Change management and business continuity planning to keep people programs running during organizational shifts
  • Coaching and enabling people managers on performance, employee relations, and difficult conversations
  • Recruitment support from role briefing through offer management, in close coordination with the Recruitment Manager
  • Support in grievance proceedings and labor compliance

What you bring:

  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial HR role
  • Proven expertise in talent management, L&D design, and organizational development
  • Experience running end-to-end performance management cycles and succession planning
  • Skilled in coaching managers and navigating complex employee relations and labor law matters
  • Strong data and reporting skills — you turn HR metrics into actionable insights
