Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR operations reporting directly to the HR Manager
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Coordinate training and development programs for staff
Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration
Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and engagement
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Non Negotiable at least 5 years of experience in HR management or supervision; experience in payroll preparation and employee relations, records management,
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in employee training and development programs
Matured disposition (at least thirty years old) strong ethical values and dependable
