Accountabilities
- Lead, coordinate, and implement management and crew training programs.
- Support managers in reinforcing crew-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional working partnership with upper management and colleagues.
- Oversee employee recognition programs to boost morale.
- Manage essential documents and data for talent management and HR administration.
- Facilitate operational continuity through systematic handover procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend modifications of HR related policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality HR or training roles.
- Previous shipboard experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Fidelio Cruise, and MXP.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in an international environment.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
