Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead and elevate our HR operations in the Philippines. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who can move beyond administrative execution to provide expert guidance on Philippine labor standards, employee relations, and organizational scali

ng.The successful candidate will act as the primary HR lead for our Makati office, serving as a subject matter expert on local compliance while partnering with Global HR and Finance leadership to optimize internal operations.
