If you're an HR professional who enjoys solving people challenges, improving processes, working closely with leaders, and having a visible impact on the organization, this opportunity is for you.

- Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and statutory requirements.
HR Business Partner Support
- Partner with managers and leaders on day-to-day HR matters, employee concerns, and people-related decisions.
- Provide practical HR guidance while balancing employee needs and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management.

- Maintain accurate and compliant 201 employee files and HR documentation.
- Monitor timekeeping, attendance, leave, and employee schedules.

- Plan and execute initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and overall employee experience.
- Support HR programs that contribute to retention, performance, recognition, and workforce satisfaction.
HR Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience.

- Experience handling employee concerns, HR documentation, benefits, attendance, onboarding, and exits.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Someone who can exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and confidently handle sensitive HR matters.
At ITBD, you'll be part of a global organization where HR has a direct impact on how people experience work, grow their careers, and contribute to the business.
You'll have the opportunity to:

- Take ownership of meaningful HR initiatives rather than simply processing transactions.
- Help shape employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Gain exposure to a growing global organization serving the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
- Build your HR career in an environment that values ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and people development.
- HMO coverage Day 1 with free dependent coverage
