Job Description

The Senior HR Associate is responsible for supporting and implementing Human Resources programs related to talent acquisition and sourcing, organizational development, performance management, policy administration and governance, employee relations, and labor compliance. The role contributes to the development of a high-performing organization through the execution of recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, performance management processes, organizational effectiveness programs, employee relations activities, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The position serves as a key HR partner in attracting and acquiring talent, promoting employee engagement, maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support organizational objectives and workforce effectiveness.

1) Policy Governance

  • Support the development, review, revision, implementation, and communication of HR policies, guidelines, procedures, and employee handbook provisions.
  • Ensure that HR policies remain aligned with business requirements, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor policy implementation and compliance across the organization.
  • Maintain an organized repository of HR policies, guidelines, forms, and related documentation.
  • Assist in conducting policy orientation sessions and awareness programs.
  • Recommend improvements to HR policies, governance practices, and operating procedures.

2) Performance Management

  • Administer the Company's performance management program, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and performance calibration activities.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of evaluation requirements.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding performance management policies, procedures, and timelines.
  • Monitor performance review completion rates and prepare management reports and analytics.
  • Support the identification of high performers, development needs, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans and development actions when necessary.

3) Organizational Development

  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, role clarification, and job evaluation activities.
  • Support competency management, succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Coordinate employee surveys, organizational assessments, and other diagnostic tools to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and organizational data to support management decision-making.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.

4) Talent Acquisition and Sourcing

  • Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates through various channels such as professional networks, campus recruitment programs, internship initiatives, career portals, job fairs, and other company-authorized platforms to fulfill manpower requirements based on established selection criteria, candidate profiles, and job specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding hiring requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, processes, and sourcing approaches in line with market trends and evolving industry needs.

5) Employee Relations

  • Support the implementation of employee relations programs that foster a positive, productive, and respectful work environment.
  • Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding workplace concerns, conduct issues, and policy interpretation.
  • Assist in the handling and documentation of employee concerns, grievances, complaints, and workplace investigations.
  • Facilitate employee communication and engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Support conflict resolution efforts and recommend appropriate interventions when necessary.
  • Maintain employee relations records, reports, and case documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

6) Labor Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of labor law-related records, reports, notices, and documentation.
  • Assist in responding to labor inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies on labor-related requirements as assigned.
  • Monitor developments in labor legislation and recommend appropriate policy or process adjustments.
  • Support the implementation of corrective actions arising from compliance findings and audit recommendations.

7) HR Documentation, Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analyses related to performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support HR audits and management reporting requirements.
  • Maintain documentation related to performance evaluations, employee relations cases, policy administration, and compliance activities.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on HR metrics and trends.

8) Team Support and Continuous Improvement

  • Provide guidance and support to HR Associates in the implementation of HR programs and activities.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee services.
  • Promote collaboration across departments to support business objectives and HR initiatives.
  • Perform other HR-related duties, projects, and assignments as required.

  12. Strong policy writing, policy administration, and governance capabilities.
  13. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  14. Strong documentation, records management, and report preparation skills.
  15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  16. Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
  17. Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  18. Ability to influence and work effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
