Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. HR Admin/HR Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing human resources operations, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and facilitating communication between employees and management. Responsibilities also include maintaining HR records, enhancing recruitment processes, delivering high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, and implementing HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources best practices
  • Strong Employee Relations and Communication skills
  • Customer Service expertise, with a focus on internal stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ability to manage and maintain HR documentation and compliance
  • Experience with HR tools, systems, and processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Power and Energy industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to evolving organizational needs

  • Key Responsibilities

    * **Onboarding & Compliance**

      * Manage end-to-end onboarding of consultants

      * Conduct and track **background checks, documentation, and compliance requirements**

      * Ensure **100% audit readiness at all times** with zero missing or inaccurate documentation

    * **Client Interaction & Operations**

      * Act as a **primary point of contact for clients** for day-to-day operational and administrative needs

      * Handle requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

    * **Consultant Management**

      * Maintain **regular communication with consultants**

      * Proactively check in, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth engagement experience

    * **Timesheets & Documentation**

      * Oversee **timesheet management and approvals**

      * Maintain **precise, error-free records** across all systems

      * Ensure **no documentation gaps under any circumstances**

    * **Communication & Outreach**

      * Communicate clearly and confidently with candidates and consultants

      * Conduct **cold calls to candidates for new opportunities when required**
