Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

Reports To: Lead Designer

Position Summary

Upper Echelon Products is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team in the Philippines, reporting to the Lead Designer based in Austin, TX. This role will create visually compelling design assets for product packaging, Amazon storefront content, marketing materials, and digital channels to enhance UEP's premium brand presence. The ideal candidate is a creative, process-oriented designer with a strong portfolio and e-commerce experience, capable of delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Produce high-impact design assets, including product packaging, Amazon A+ content, product images, lifestyle shots, and marketing collateral, adhering to UEP's brand guidelines and under the direction of the Lead Designer.
  • Product Photography Support: Collaborate with the Lead Designer to support product photography processes, ensuring images meet Amazon's standards and enhance customer appeal through effective composition and post-production guidance.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance UEP's visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in typography, color schemes, and design aesthetics for products like Repel, Everlasting Comfort, and LumiLux.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work remotely with marketing, content, and product development teams, using tools like Slack and Zoom, to ensure cohesive design integration across e-commerce platforms.
  • Project Execution: Manage multiple design workflows, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in alignment with the Lead Designer's objectives and team goals.
  • Creative Contribution: Deliver innovative and visually striking designs that enhance brand appeal and support the Lead Designer's vision for creative excellence.

  • Photography Support: Ability to assist in directing product photography processes, including guidance on lighting, composition, and post-production.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for effective remote collaboration and project updates.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving design and workflow challenges efficiently.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze design challenges and data to drive informed decisions and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in graphic design roles, with at least 2 years focused on e-commerce or Amazon design projects.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging, digital assets, and e-commerce visuals (e.g., product images, A+ content, logos).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field appreciated, but not required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Reliable internet connection and tools to support remote work from the Philippines.
  • Language: Fluency in English required for effective communication with global teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with product photography oversight, 3D rendering, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Location Requirement: Must be based in the Philippines with the ability to work remotely during CST (Austin, TX) hours.
