Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company
Can effectively communicate (written and verbal)
Understanding and knowledge in Human Resource discipline.
