Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive salary package. Offers will be based on qualifications, experience, and overall assessment. Starting salary may begin at Php 150,000 and above.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Studio Producer to lead the day-to-day operations of a game development studio focused on delivering premium casino slot titles for the global market.

This role serves as the operational leader responsible for driving multiple game titles simultaneously through all stages of development—from concept and pre-production through regulatory submission and launch. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in game production, studio operations, agile methodologies, and cross-functional leadership while working closely with global stakeholders and partner teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Operations & Production Leadership
  • Establish and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly operational cadence of the studio.
  • Drive visibility across production schedules, gate status, milestones, and asset progress.
  • Own and maintain the master schedule across multiple concurrent game titles.
  • Define, implement, and uphold gate readiness standards before projects advance to the next phase.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation across concept, pre-production, production, prototyping, submission, and launch phases.
  • Anticipate production bottlenecks and proactively resolve delivery risks before they impact schedules.
  • Coordinate regulatory testing timelines and submission cycles across multiple projects.
Project & Portfolio Management
  • Manage multiple game titles in different stages of development simultaneously.
  • Drive projects from concept through release-to-lab submissions with full ownership of timelines, scope, and quality.
  • Develop and track detailed asset plans and ensure completion against milestones.
  • Conduct regular reviews of playable builds and provide production guidance from a player-experience perspective.
  • Identify and remove cross-functional blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead cross-functional teams across game design, art, engineering, mathematics, and production disciplines.
  • Manage discipline leads and ensure accountability for quality, delivery, and team performance.
  • Mentor and develop producers and team leaders as the studio grows.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Establish best practices and operating standards that support long-term studio scalability.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, audio teams, specialized art services, and supporting disciplines.
  • Build strong partnerships with sister studios contributing shared technology, assets, or content.
  • Represent the studio during production reviews and milestone gate evaluations.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders across international teams.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and strategic decisions clearly and effectively.

QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in game production, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a studio, multi-title pipeline, or large-scale production operation.
  • Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple commercial games on time and to quality standards.
  • Extensive experience implementing agile development methodologies in game production environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ members across art, design, engineering, mathematics, and technical disciplines.
  • Experience in casino slot game development (land-based, social, or mobile).
  • Experience working with global teams, particularly stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors, support disciplines, and partner studios.
  • Experience establishing, optimizing, or transforming studio operating models.
  • Background in mobile free-to-play game development is highly desirable.
  • Experience with production tools, workflow optimization, and development pipelines.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling studio operations and improving production output.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of regulatory testing and submission processes (GLI, BMM, or equivalent).
  • Excellent project management and resource planning capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Ability to hold teams accountable while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Deep understanding of game development workflows, player experience, and production best practices.
