Position Responsibilities
This person will be part of the team that supports the Finance department in the use of financial systems. The Financial Systems team is responsible for collecting and prioritizing system improvement opportunities, working with IT to implement the solutions and providing functional application support to the financial systems users.
This person will provide direct functional support to users across a wide variety of applications, help identify opportunities to improve our financial systems, and participate in projects to implement those solutions.

- Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.
- Analyze, document and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners and business leaders on core application system and process enhancement.
- Collaborate with business owner to analyze and review IT project requirements
- Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing system and process
- Support project and delivery for all assigned project implementation
- Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
- Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
- Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
- Provide project support after implementation and deployment in a production environment.
- Involve in regular SOX, Digital Technology compliance review and IT audit where necessary.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years prior experience in supporting the functional accounting applications.
- Prior experience in accounting a plus
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic Script writing experience
- Previous ERP system experience
- Experience in Costpoint, Time and Expense, Blackline, GEP, Softrax is a plus
