About the Role
We are seeking an experienced candidate to work as Senior Financial Planning Support Staff in the Philippines who can independently provide end-to-end administrative support to advisers. We are looking to hire a person with expertise in Paraplanning Admin work.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning Support Work
- Prepare client, product comparisons, insurance quotes, and fund performance summaries, manage CRM updates, complete implementation tasks and complete any such other administrative tasks given by the adviser.
- Organise future planning meetings with the client as per the review period, complete
- review packs in preparation for the client meeting, review investment portfolio, asset
- allocation, risk profile, etc.
- Complete application/proposal forms, ensure all compliance paperwork is in order, make changes to clients investments as instructed, and implement the chosen investment strategies.
- Use adviser CRMs and financial planning software (e.g.,Xplan, Adviser Logic, PlutoSoft, Work sorted).
Workflow & Quality
- Ensure all work complies with Australian financial advice regulations and dealer group guidelines.
- Maintain high accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery based on SLAs.
Client Support
- Work closely with India-based paraplanning teams.
- Communicate effectively with Australian advisers and support their workflow needs.
- Proactively identify process improvements or documentation gaps.
Skills & Experience Required
- 1-3+ years of experience in Paraplanning Admin work.
- Strong knowledge of Australian superannuation, investments, insurance, and advice
regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Xplan (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
