About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business partner and advisor for finance matters, including P&L reporting, revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Partner with key business stakeholders and the DVP of FP&A to evaluate, drive, and recommend strategies for business unit financial performance.
- Lead recurring financial discussions and develop strategies and action plans to exceed targets.
- Manage and innovate planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly financial results processes.
- Utilize Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Provide thought leadership and oversight for team members on recurring duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a business-related major required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in senior-level business partnering and financial analysis, with a proven track record of success and career advancement.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
- Skilled in negotiating client, vendor, and service contracts.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and financial systems in an international organization.
