What You'll Do:
- Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business growth.
- Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analyze financial performance, sales trends, and profitability while developing financial models to support business decisions and scenario planning.
- Oversee divisional and branch budget consolidation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial policies.
- Set and validate branch sales targets using market insights, historical performance, and business priorities.
- Evaluate the financial viability of investments, capital expenditures, and strategic initiatives, including ROI assessments and risk mitigation recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed financial insights into business strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis or related field
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting abilities.
- With working knowledge in financial software (NetSuite, Power BI or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills for complex financial analysis
