Sr. Finance Representative - E-Billing

Role Description The Sr. Finance Representative – E-Billing is a full-time hybrid role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. This role is responsible for managing electronic billing processes, including setup, validation, submission, and reconciliation of customer invoices through various e-billing platforms. Day-to-day activities include reviewing contract and billing requirements, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring timely and accurate invoice delivery. The position also involves monitoring billing performance metrics, supporting month-end closing activities, and contributing to process improvements and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting skills, including familiarity with invoicing, accounts receivable, and basic financial controls.
• Experience with e-billing systems, ERP or billing software, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactional environments.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Relevant experience in shared services, customer billing, or finance operations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
