Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct financial planning, analysis, and risk management across the organization
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with BIR, SEC, and external auditors
  • Develop strategies for cost optimization, profitability, and long-term growth
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA Required
  • At least 8 years of progressive finance experience, with 4 years in a managerial role
  • Outsourcing and Offshoring /Shared Services industry experience
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
  • End to end accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Cash management and taxation
  • Hands-on experience dealing with PEZA and local sales processing fee, charges, taxes
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and compliance in the Philippines
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent leadership, business acumen, and strategic decision-making ability
