Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. Non-CPA can be considered depending on relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, or tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
Experience working in a multinational or Japanese company environment is a strong advantage.
Preferably with prior exposure to external or internal audit.
Solid background in Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS)
Strong understanding of accounting processes
Accounting software and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD 365)
