Sr.EHS Engineer

Supervises daily activities of a large facilities team to install, inspect, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems. Manages work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement. Ensures that best practices are maintained for the upkeep of facilities. Ensures compliance with local governmental regulations and assists with audits/governmental agency visits.

About the job:

  • Coaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team. (40%)
  • Leads a team that maintains building systems and works to prevent loss of productivity due to system issues. (40%)
  • Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns acts as an escalation point of contact. (10%)
  • Trains team members and provides input for performance reviews. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or university degree
  • 5+ years of related work experience with at least two years at a supervisor level
  • Supervisory skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
