We're Hiring: Sr. Executive Assistant – Customer Project Management

Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Create, prepare, and deliver reports for management and internal stakeholders based on provided data and inputs
- Collate, maintain, and regularly update relevant information in designated repositories, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Conduct comprehensive research on business‑related topics using internal materials and credible online sources
- Analyze available data to identify trends and generate meaningful insights that support business decisions
- Draft, develop, and refine site‑wide communications such as corporate emails, management reports, and newsletters in coordination with Delivery and Engagement teams
- Support day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc reporting requirements as needed
- Ensure high standards of data quality, version control, documentation, and information integrity for all completed work
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in corporate research, reporting, or a similar role
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in MS PowerPoint, ASANA
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written communication skills with excellent command of the English language
- Solid research and analytical capabilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex information while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Effective collaboration skills to work in cross‑functional and cross‑cultural environments
