To be considered for this position you will need the following:
- Extensive experience delivering business-outcome focused enterprise, solution and or platform architecture and planning services within a corporate environment
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to engage and influence at C level
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and proven ability to deliver sound, pragmatic architectural advice, and recommendations and that support the business strategy
- Prior experience identifying problems, identifying and shaping the technology solutions and formulating the roadmap for transformation journeys
- Strong knowledge of contemporary application and technology architecture including Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (Paas), Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas) models, contemporary integration approaches (e.g. SOA, APIs, open data, micro services), information management and data analytics, integration services, security services, cloud services (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud, AWS), cloud integration and infrastructure
- Prior experience in developing reference & enterprise architecture roadmaps and align with group level architecture
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops to support architectural efforts
- A consultative style
- Prior experience of establishing and chairing architecture review board and council
- A passion for keeping up to date with emerging technology and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts in a simplified manner
- The ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and prioritize based on strategic outcome realization
- Relevant IT Tertiary qualifications
- TOGAF, Zachman, other relevant Architectural Certifications (high desirable)
