About the Role:
- The Sr. Engineer will be responsible for the project management of identified key projects related to new process capability, capacity improvement, new equipment platform and value engineering.
What You Will Do
- Ensure adherence to QCM (Quality Change Management) requirements.
- Prepare and secure approval of the Project Charter.
- Form and organize the Project Team.
- Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Act as liaison between Nexperia's Business Group (BG) and the ATCB Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations.
- Facilitate project gate reviews.
- Monitor post-project release performance.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Assembly within Engineering, QA, or Operations.
- Proven training and hands-on experience as a Project Leader handling NPI, alternate site qualification, new materials, and new package qualification.
- Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems (e.g., QS9000/TS16949).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to deliver timely and accurate KPI reports.
- Systematic and assertive work style must able to gain agreement and support using facts and relevant data.
- Capable of effectively transferring knowledge.
- Strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
