The Opportunity
The Sr. Director for Sourcing and Candidate Engagement leads the strategic development and execution of talent acquisition initiatives to support high-volume hiring needs for TP Philippines, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization. This role is responsible for driving innovative sourcing strategies, enhancing candidate engagement, and building a robust pipeline of talent to meet operational goals.
The Sr. Director will collaborate with key business leaders, manage a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with global and local best practices in recruitment.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and implement large-scale sourcing strategies to fulfil volume hiring requirements across multiple sites in the Philippines.
- Lead, develop, and mentor sourcing and recruitment teams to deliver exceptional results in candidate attraction and engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-fill.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and talent communities to expand the talent pool.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position TP Philippines as an employer of choice in the BPO industry.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report on performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Champion candidate experience through every stage of the sourcing and hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to align local sourcing efforts with enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage recruitment budgets and resources efficiently.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, labour market changes, and emerging sourcing technologies.
The Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in volume hiring for a global BPO company, including leadership roles in sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate large, diverse recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in designing and executing high-volume talent acquisition campaigns using both traditional and digital channels.
- Candidate Engagement: Strong track record in developing candidate engagement strategies that improve quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal business leaders and external partners.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment analytics, reporting, and the use of data to drive decisions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Philippine talent market and global BPO trends.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Technology: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
- Compliance: Knowledge of relevant labour laws and recruitment compliance standards.
