About Our Client

A company in the Accountancy industry located in Taguig is hiring for Sr. Director - Accounting & Finance Services.

Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership for Accounting & Finance Services operations, ensuring alignment with global finance objectives while overseeing financial close, statutory reporting, audits, reconciliations, fixed assets, and payroll accounting.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and financial integrity by maintaining adherence to local statutory requirements, GAAP/IFRS standards, internal controls, and audit readiness, including review and approval of statutory filings and financial statements.
• Drive operational excellence through timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, balance sheet integrity, issue resolution, and oversight of accounting records, reconciliations, and external service engagements.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships with auditors, regulators, Group Finance, Tax, and in-country finance teams, resolving compliance and financial risks while ensuring effective execution of intercompany and transfer pricing requirements.
• Lead people, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives by developing high-performing teams, driving process standardization, automation, system integrations, knowledge management, and operational efficiency across Accounting & Finance functions.
