We are currently looking for aSenior Media Planner and Buyer.

Work Set-Up:Hybrid set-up

Brief Summary:This position will fill the role of handling end-to-end Digital Media Advertising requirements. He/She will be responsible for crafting effective and strategic Digital Paid Ad Proposals for new and current clients. He/She will also manage requirements in relation to Social, Display, and Video Ad Buying and Reporting, and will be responsible for handling Paid Ad Campaigns for clients of different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct channel and targeting parameter research to aid in media planning for implementation in current campaigns as well as new business requirements
  • Craft strategic Paid Media Deck Proposals as well as computations for Media Plan Costs and KPIs
  • Effectively present Media Proposals to potential clients together with the Pitch Teams from the other departments
  • Follow the latest digital marketing developments, media and analytics-related news, monitor competitive landscape and consumer behaviors in order to understand current and future trends
  • Proactive in researching and identifying valuable information/insights to improve media products and service offerings
  • Initiate and maintain good working relationships with outside suppliers and ad networks to further enhance media and analytics capabilities of the company
  • Set-up and execute paid media advertising campaigns through Social Media, YouTube, Display, and other Paid Media Channels where needed
  • Generate and analyze Paid Media Campaign reports to further enhance campaign performance
  • Optimize and assure Campaign KPIs are hit and over delivered, as well as generate insights and corresponding strategies to produce more effective results
  • Establish benchmarks through continuous tracking and integration to measure and project performance of digital media campaigns across industries
  • Track and maintain on-going campaign performance as well as aid in financial projections and extractions
  • Provide other ad hoc support to account management teams and respond to client requests as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as deemed necessary by immediate superior
  • Must have impeccable attention to detail.
  • Programmatic and Other 3rd Party Channels Experience are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as well as presentation skills are required.
  • DSP, Search, and GA4 backgrounds are not required but considered a plus.
  • Advertising Certifications are a plus.
