Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with a hands-on approach and a growth hacking mindset. This role requires not only strategic insight but also a willingness to dive into the details of managing and executing digital advertising campaigns, leveraging web analytics, and optimizing ad targeting. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of lead attribution across the buyer's journey and be highly self-motivated to contribute significantly to our growth in a competitive tech market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management and execution of digital advertising campaigns, focusing on lead generation and ROI optimization.
- Manage advertising campaigns across our key channels: LinkedIn, Google Ads and Facebook
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Utilize web analytics, Google Tag Manager and other tools to track and analyze campaign performance, attributions and customer touchpoint journey.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings.
- Expertly manage HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, pages and marketing tools.
- Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively.
- Analyze lead attribution across the buyer's journey to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, with expertise in digital advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO and Hubspot
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- B2B marketing experience in the software or technology industry.
- Very strong understanding of ad asset and copy optimization for various channels and audiences.
- Very strong understanding of best-practice retargeting practices, conversion attribution and customer touchpoint journey analysis.
- Very strong English communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Advertising, HubSpot.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented and growth hacking approach.
