Job Description
This is not a regular DevOps/Operations profile. The client is looking for deep hands-on technical expertise with strong ownership.
Focus on candidates who have:
- Strong AWS + Kubernetes/EKS hands-on experience
- Architecture/solution design from scratch and technical decision-making
- Complex production troubleshooting, RCA and cluster deployments/upgrades
- Experience with self-managed/bare-metal infrastructure and Hadoop is valuable
- Strong Linux and automation fundamentals
- Ability to think through scenarios, explain why they chose an approach, and drive issues to resolution
- Technical leadership through ownership, mentoring and cross-team coordination
Please avoid candidates who are mainly runbook-based L2/L3 Operations profiles with only tool-level knowledge
