This role operates at the center of our go-to-market organization, partnering closely with
Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing and Packaging, and Revenue Operations to support the
structuring and execution of commercial agreements. The Deal Desk Senior Specialist
will play a key role in helping accelerate deal velocity while ensuring alignment with
pricing policies, approval guidelines, and revenue recognition requirements.
This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational
skills, business acumen, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is early in their
career and interested in developing expertise in quote-to-cash processes, SaaS deal
structures, and cross-functional operations.
What You'll Own
Deal Support & Execution - Support Sales teams in structuring standard and non-standard deals
- Review quotes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Assist with resolving deal-related questions and escalations
Pricing, Discounting & Governance - Apply pricing and discounting guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance
- Help enforce approval workflows and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records of deal terms and approvals
Order Management & Quote-to-Cash Support - Assist in the seamless transition of closed deals into order processing and billing
- Partner with Accounting and Revenue teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support adherence to revenue recognition policies (ASC 606)
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Pricing teams
- Help facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Provide timely updates on deal status and requirements
Operational Effectiveness - Support process improvements across the deal lifecycle
- Identify data inconsistencies or inefficiencies and escalate as needed
- Maintain documentation of processes, policies, and best practices
What You Bring - 1–3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a
related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models or willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Sales Ops, or RevOps
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or CPQ tools
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash or order management processes
- Interest in pricing strategy or SaaS operations
