Discover the Role

The Senior Corporate Compliance Officer – Regulatory and Special Licenses assists Senior Compliance Officers and Managers in providing professional services for a portfolio of local and international clients, including KYC screening, License, Payments, Onboarding of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary account holder of 5–10 active accounts
  • Facilitate training and coaching of Junior Officers, including reviewing draft emails, proposals, documents, and forms, and monitoring timeliness of responses
  • Transact, coordinate, and liaise with applicable regulatory agencies and relevant stakeholders for complex projects and engagements
  • Conduct quality control and assurance of client email correspondence handled by Junior Officers
  • Attend weekly progress report discussions with Supervisors and participate in onboarding of new clients; newly onboarded clients are subsequently assigned to Junior Officers as part of BAU
  • Update and monitor client records in Viewpoint and Kraios

Admin Responsibilities

  • Timely recording of VP7 entries and ticket requests for liaison officers
  • Application of OT claims, leaves, and P2U transactions
  • Prepare cash advance requests and statements of account for filing fee transactions
  • Monitor client funds and maintain up-to-date cash balance records
  • Attend mandatory LMS training and adhere to the clean desk policy

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial functions and dealings with government agencies such as BIR, FDA, and PEZA
  • Solid knowledge of corporate secretarial law and familiarity with the Companies Ordinance and regulatory body rules
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with the Viewpoint system is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
