We're looking for a Senior Content Strategist who will lead the ideation, planning, and execution of high-volume, social-first content across key FMCG brands (Beauty & Well-being). This role is responsible for ensuring our content is not just on-brand, but platform-native, culturally relevant, and built to perform across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
You will own the day-to-day content thinking behind:
- Predictive Content (planned calendar content)
- Reactive Content (trend-driven, real-time opportunities)
- Event Content (campaign moments, launches, key cultural events)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Ideation
- Lead the ideation and development of predictive, reactive, and event-driven content across key brands
- Build strong monthly and weekly content frameworks that align with brand objectives and platform behavior
- Translate briefs into content territories, hooks, narratives, and executable social-first ideas
- Ensure content is:
- Platform-native (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Scroll-stopping and culturally relevant
- Aligned with brand identity and business objectives
- Identify opportunities for trendjacking, cultural moments, and creator-led content opportunities
2. Predictive, Reactive & Remix Content Management
- Own always-on content calendars and ensure content consistency across platforms
- Monitor trends, platform behavior, and audience conversations for reactive content opportunities
- Lead event and campaign content planning around launches, key moments, and tentpole events
- Work with creator and influencer teams to identify remix opportunities from creator-generated assets
- Ensure the right balance between:
- planned content
- real-time content
- campaign-driven content
3. Creative Quality Control
- Review content outputs and ensure strategic and creative quality before production
- Push for stronger hooks, sharper storytelling, and better-performing social executions
- Help define what good looks like across different content formats
- Raise the overall content judgment and taste level of the team
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Content Director
- Producers
- Multimedia Specialists
- Assistant Head of Production
- Accounts and Client Servicing
- Creative Strategy leads
- Ensure content strategy translates clearly into execution and final output
- Support smoother handoffs between ideation, production, and publishing
5. Continuous Improvement
- Bring in new content formats, platform trends, and creative opportunities
- Introduce better ways of working for faster and stronger content output
- Explore AI tools and workflow improvements where relevant
