Job Description:
- Provide frontline support for the revenue commitment program and other commercial construct programs within Global Deal Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and leveraging newly defined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to respond to inbound questions.
- Manage defined manual, keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) processes.
- Provide manual contract drafting support for Deal Strategy (Medium Complexity).
- Support infrastructure for the Minimum Fee Commitment (MFC) program, where users commit to spending a minimum amount annually.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the MFC program and serve as team lead for base-level analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a deal support role, ideally in a tech environment
- Proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to improve internal processes
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and solve problems with minimal oversight
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven analyses and influence outcomes
