We are looking for a Senior Civil Design Engineer who is passionate about land development, technically strong, and ready to take on a leadership role in delivering quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and prepare civil engineering designs for land development projects
Handle design and coordination for: (Subdivision Developments, Horizontal Developments, Mid-Rise Projects, &High-Rise Projects)
Prepare and review: (Site development plans, Grading and drainage designs, Road networks and utility layouts, Stormwater and infrastructure designs)
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government agencies
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, local codes, and project requirements
Provide engineering sign and seal for applicable documents and plans
Support project execution and provide technical guidance during construction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in civil design and land development
Strong background in subdivision, horizontal, mid-rise, and high-rise projects
Open to Sign & Seal arrangement as part of employment package
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software
Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
