Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management & Traceability
- Own the requirements lifecycle from discovery through implementation and post-release validation
- .Create and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- .Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, user stories, development tasks, test cases, and delivered functionality
- .Ensure requirements remain current and accurately reflect evolving business priorities
Quality Assurance & User Acceptance Testing (QA/UAT)
- Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure solutions are tested against documented requirements and acceptance criteria
- Review test cases and support defect triage and resolution activities
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders
- Verify delivered functionality meets business requirements and quality expectation
Documentation & Communication
- Develop and maintain high-quality business, system, process, and user documentation
- Create reports, prerysentations, process flows, and other artifacts to support decision-making and project delive
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
Continuous Improvent
- Contribute to the development and adoption of business analysis, Agile delivery, QA/UAT, and documentation best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Atleast 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceabity
- Proven experience supporting Agile delivery, backlog management, QA/UAT, and stakeholder engagent
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities
- Advanced documentation and technical writing skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
Preferred
- SAFe Agile experience or certifications
- Healthcare technology industry experience
- Experience with case management platforms, particularly Symphony or UCMS
- Employer Health or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, AAC, CSM, CSPO, or similar Business Analysis/Agile certifications
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives
