Enterprise & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and manage pipelines across enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms
  • Expand into new markets, segments, and verticals

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build relationships with financial institutions, fintech players, merchants, and ecosystem partners
  • Develop collaborations that drive both revenue and strategic value
  • Manage partner performance and long-term growth plans

Product Growth & Commercialization

  • Partner with Product teams to translate market opportunities into enhancements or new offerings
  • Provide feedback from customers and partners to improve product-market fit
  • Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product adoption
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor competitive landscape and recommend innovations

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen visibility and reputation in target markets
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Represent the company in industry events and client engagements
  • Ensure consistent messaging across channels
  • Gather market insights to enhance competitiveness

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams
  • Lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution
  • Present business cases and opportunities to senior leadership

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 10+ years experience across Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Product Growth
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic partnerships
  • Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or high-growth tech environments preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Must be amenable to on-site work in Ortigas (Pasig)
