- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage pipelines across enterprise and strategic accounts
- Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets
- Negotiate contracts and partnership terms

Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with financial institutions, fintech players, merchants, and ecosystem partners
- Develop collaborations that drive both revenue and strategic value
- Manage partner performance and long-term growth plans
Product Growth & Commercialization
- Partner with Product teams to translate market opportunities into enhancements or new offerings
- Provide feedback from customers and partners to improve product-market fit
- Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product adoption
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor competitive landscape and recommend innovations
Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen visibility and reputation in target markets
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
- Represent the company in industry events and client engagements
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Gather market insights to enhance competitiveness
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams
- Lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution
- Present business cases and opportunities to senior leadership
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years experience across Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Product Growth
- Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic partnerships
- Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or high-growth tech environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Must be amenable to on-site work in Ortigas (Pasig)
