Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
  • Develop clear and structured process documentation, including BPMN diagrams, SIPOC models, and process maps, to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation to support successful delivery and execution of initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for strategic projects.
  • Apply data analysis techniques and tools to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with internal technical teams, external vendors, and strategic alliances to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure effective project execution, including management of scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Support organizational change management activities, including user training, communication planning, and adoption strategies to facilitate successful implementation.
  • Present key findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Assess potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Track project performance against defined KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend continuous process enhancements.

  • Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    • Master's degree is an advantage.
    Professional Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, including at least 3 years in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
    • Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: Social Media, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Finance & Accounting, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Retail, BFSI, or E-commerce.
    Certifications
    • Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification is preferred.
    Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in business process modeling and project management tools, including:
    • Figma
    • Microsoft Visio
    • Jira
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Mind mapping tools
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using analytical tools.
