Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
Develop clear and structured process documentation, including BPMN diagrams, SIPOC models, and process maps, to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment across stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation to support successful delivery and execution of initiatives.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for strategic projects.
Apply data analysis techniques and tools to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Partner with internal technical teams, external vendors, and strategic alliances to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
Coordinate with IT teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure effective project execution, including management of scope, timelines, and resources.
Support organizational change management activities, including user training, communication planning, and adoption strategies to facilitate successful implementation.
Present key findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous innovation and improvement.
Assess potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Track project performance against defined KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, including at least 3 years in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: Social Media, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Finance & Accounting, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Retail, BFSI, or E-commerce.
Certifications
Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification is preferred.
