Are you passionate about driving business transformation through technology We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to bridge business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, lead ERP initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution discussions with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare process documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training when needed.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related modules).
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation and business process improvement.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
