Sr.Business Analyst-Analytics

5+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment including both IT and business personnel

• 1-2 years of process improvement experience, especially experience that leverages technology as part of the solution. 

• 2-3 years experience developing user requirements and functional specifications for data, analytics, or data science solutions

• Experience with Life Sciences related business process domains, such as R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain is beneficial

• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements

• Ability to identify issues, independently resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex issues to a higher level

• Understanding of the data analytics offerings applicable to the business when assisting in the design of solutions

• Has knowledge of and utilizes software lifecycle methodologies

• Experience working in Agile methodology

• Strong Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication
