Assists in driving Marketing Analytics strategic roadmap
Conceive and create new customer segmentation and models to help understand customer lifecycle and behavior.
Perform regular analysis that identifies actionable marketing insights, marketing influenced revenue opportunities and functional cost-savings.
Collaborate and contribute to a center of excellence for Marketing Analytics and a common set of implementations, processes, and communications to gain marketing operational and production efficiencies.
Drive data warehouse development to ensure 360-degree view of all customer interactions across the resort.
Assist in development and execution of innovative casino marketing strategies that increase acquisition, conversion, property visits, and gameplay.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support the creation and management of promotional events, campaigns, and incentives designed to drive gaming revenue and player engagement.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in market study and data analysis
2-3 years of experience in SAA, SQL and PowerBI
Experience working in an integrated casino resort is a plus
